NEW YORK DIVORCE CHANGES AHEAD?

There's a bill going around right now, that has a decent chance to pass, which will shorten the time to convert a separation agreement to a divorce from twelve months to three. A step in the right direction, but we still need to eliminate grounds for divorce in this state, and have a true no-fault divorce system. We are the only state that still requires grounds--that's barbaric.
